In unforeseen circumstances, you are denied entry at the venue you can proceed with making a claim in the system about your order! Make sure to reach out to your seller and/or Ticombo Support as soon as possible, in order to receive the appropriate assistance.
Afterwards, you have 2 ways of proving that you were not able to enter the venue:
1. Showing us proof for denied access:
a). You receive/ask for a document from the venue/organizer (containing the event name, date and signature of issuer) showing that you were denied entry for a specific reason and send this document to support@ticombo.com with information about your order and if you already raised a claim in the system.
b). If such document was not issued on the spot, you can reach out to the venue/organizer via email and ask for a written confirmation that you were denied entry.
2. Signing an affidavit:
In case you were not provided with the aforementioned document or you cannot prove it in any other way, you will have to sign an affidavit, that you will receive from our Customer Support Team, after you have raised a claim and you have not provided the proof from point 1
