For specific events, you as a seller are opted to update Ticket details for your buyer, such as Name, Date of Birth, Email, Nationality etc.

For this reason details are collected from your buyer, either on checkout or within a time frame before the event.

You can view this info in My Listings (Sold) > Manage

Please confirm delivery to the ticket holders by pressing: Approve Info. After you have done this, it is no longer possible for the Buyer to edit the details. You should only Approve details shortly before you send the ticket(s).
