Why?

Due to the high amount and risk exposure for chargebacks for events with long ticket sales cycles such as the Euro Football, Olympics, Champions League, Football World Cup you would need to provide proof of delivery for all tickets sold for specific events for the respective competitions!

1. For m-tickets you can do this by logging in to the Ticket app and taking a screenshot/photo of the transferred tickets with visibility of receivers.

2. If you sold paper tickets (personal pick-up), please provide proof of delivery by signature or other.

WE NEED PROOF OF ALL TICKETS DELIVERED TO ALL YOUR CUSTOMERS!

Where?

You can provide proof delivery in My listings (Sold)

Upon opening the Fulfill window you will be prompted to upload proof for specific events!

1. Click on Fulfill!

2. You can provide proof directly in this step or at a later stage!
Note: Direct provision of proof advised!
Funds will NOT be available to be requested for payout until proof is uploaded and accepted!

You can submit proof for your order for Ticket types - m-ticket and paper!

For main ticket holder sale, you should upload proof of sending login to Buyer.

For other Ticket types /e-tickets/ - you can send proof to proof@ticombo.com if requested by us.

When?

Please upload or send us the proof preferably during the Fulfillment process of the order or in good time before the 5 days deadline for buyers to make a claim (5 Days after the start of the match).

As soon as the proof is uploaded, you will receive an email with status of the proof.

After proof approval funds will be available 5 days after the event or in 1 day /if the 5 days after the event have already passed/.

We are not able to pay out funds unless you can prove the ticket deliveries according to the above.

Examples for m-ticket proof of delivery!

Email from organizer that buyer accepted and downloaded the tickets is CORRECT as well.

Example for paper ticket proof of delivery!

When it is necessary to deliver paper tickets, through personal hand over, make sure to keep all communication (pick-up arrangements) saved.

Proof that Ticombo expects:

  1. Text conversation, where it can be seen that a meeting point is agreed upon between the buyer and the seller. + A written confirmation from the buyer that the tickets were used (they entered the venue).

  2. A signed document along with a picture of the buyer's ID as proof of receipt. As a seller, you can prepare a declaration, which the buyer has to fill in upon pick-up. Full name, date/time, and signature.

See the example below, containing the tickets, the signed document and the buyer's ID.

  3. A photo of the buyer holding the tickets and his ID would also suffice.

The above-mentioned screenshots/photos should be uploaded as proof in My Sales (if compulsory), in order for your payout to be released!
