How do I edit my Listing?

Change the price, delivery options, remove tickets or clone the whole listing. All possible in the "My Listings" section.

Manage your Listing with ease, without even expanding the detailed view!

Start out by setting up your Default filters:

The system setting includes your Active, Unapproved, Paused, and Suspended listings, but you might want to see them otherwise. So, check the filters, tick what you prefer, and click on "Save as Default".

You can also filter your Listings by Event Name, which would be helpful in case you have lots of sales for an upcoming event and you need to upload the corresponding tickets:

Other filters include ticket possession, tickets currently reserved by buyers, price range and delivery dates and methods.

On the right end, there is an option to search by Listing ID, Section or Row and also to sort the listings in your preferred way:

(Tip: We advise that you have the newest Listings on top for more effective management)

Now, to the editing Part!

You can select or bulk select your listings (if they are active, unapproved, paused, or suspended) and set them to the lowest available price on the platform, set a new price by typing it down, increase/decrease the price by a certain percentage and enable/disable 24-hour delivery.

If you would like to manage a specific Listing, you can click on the quick buttons on the right and change the price or clone your Listing. The proper format needs to be followed (e.g. 100.11).

But if you need to edit other items, click on the arrow to open the detailed view.

You can still pause/unpause, delete, and clone your listing from here, along with that, the entire variety of options are shown below.

Important to note is that the number of tickets can be changed only in an adjacent order. I.e. you cannot remove Ticket 2 from sale without removing Ticket 1 first, or you cannot delete Ticket 4 without deleting Ticket 5 (the last one) first. The Maximum Quantity to Display can be changed, as well as the Split Type.

Next up, we have visibility and pricing. All activated listings are visible to everyone visiting Ticombo, unless the Direct Link option is on.

The price and negotiability are also editable from here. To decide on this, we offer a quick link, where you can see similar listings to yours.

Depending on the ticket type, and of course, the event date, you can add or remove different delivery methods, change shipping prices, or edit the estimated delivery time.

Cloning your Listing - the fastest way to add more tickets on sale for the same event!

It is just like creating a new Listing, but everything is on one page and the main details are already pre-filled. The Category, Seat Allocation, Ticket Quantity, Concessions, Fan Section, and Price can be changed. It is necessary to upload Proof of Possession as well.

Be Careful with the Pricing! First is the Selling Price and then the Original one, as opposed to the normal Listing Flow.

Regarding the selling price, while cloning, the lowest price available can be automatically set, so you have a higher chance of selling.

Lastly, make sure to check on the Latest Delivery Times and the Terms and Conditions.

Click on "Clone" and wait a bit for your Listing to be checked by our team! It's cloned, so we'll be able to check it faster as well!
