Ticombo issues vouchers as a form of compensation or goodwill, which can be used to cover the commission fees.
The voucher is sent to your email in the form of a 6-symbol code, so make sure to keep it safe!
Your Agent will inform you about the amount and the expiry date upon generation.
A voucher code can be used only once.
To use your voucher, select the tickets you want to purchase, and upon Checkout, see the Order summary on the left-hand side of the screen. Click on the green "+Add your code" button and enter your code.
Afterwards, click on "Verify", to add the voucher to the amount.
If the voucher is valid, it will be automatically added as a Dicsount and it will change the total amount to pay. The voucher used here amounts to 100 EUR and covers part of the service fee (150 EUR), which decreases the total amount to pay 550 EUR.
The ticket price itself cannot be reduced, as it is set by the seller.
Discounts can only reduce the Booking Fees.
