In order for your sales balance to get released, you need to make sure that you have marked the orders as completed!
Here is how:
Go to My Sales
Search for the respective order by searching by Order ID/Buyer Email/Buyer Name or by filtering by Event.

a. E-tickets
If the E-tickets were pre-uploaded before sale and the buyer has been able to download them - the Delivery Status would automatically register as "Tickets Downloaded"
In case the delivery of E-tickets is still pending and you are ready to complete the order, click on "Upload E-ticket(s)".
A new window will pop up where you can either upload the tickets (one file or multiple files per ticket), or fulfill the order without uploading the E-tickets on the platform if they were delivered outside the platform (e.g. via email directly).
It is recommended to upload the tickets on the platform, so Ticombo can possess Proof of Delivery in case of Claims/Disputes.
In case you are not able to upload the tickets or Proof of Delivery, you need to write down a reason for using a different delivery method and confirm that the delivery was acknowledged by the buyer.
After that, the Delivery status will change to "Tickets Sent" and the buyer will be able to confirm the delivery on their side.
b. M-Tickets
For mobile tickets the Delivery confirmation is straightforward. Click on "Register Delivery" and a new window will open:
You can upload Proof of Delivery and click on "Confirm Delivery". The Delivery Status will change to "Tickets Sent" and you will have the option to Upload Proof of Delivery later on.
c. Paper Tickets
To confirm the delivery of paper tickets, click on "Register Delivery" and a new window will open:
When the tickets are shipped through a courier, please fill in the Tracking Information. After that the Delivery Status will change and you can track the shipment with a quick link that sends you to the Courier website.
In case the delivery happened through personal pick-up, you can attach Proof of Delivery (see this Article for examples of valid Proof).
Your buyer will then be able to track it as well and confirm delivery on their side.
When the order's fulfillment is completed and 5 days pass after the event, you will be able to request your Payout!
