How do I download my tickets?
You can download your tickets (PKPASS files) from your account:
Log in to your Ticombo account.
Go to "My Purchases."
Find the specific order and click on "Download Tickets" to get the PKPASS file
How do I add the tickets to my wallet on iOS?
Once you've downloaded the PKPASS file, tap on it. The Wallet app will automatically recognize the PKPASS file. Tap "Add" in the top right corner to add the ticket to your Apple Wallet.
How do I add the tickets to my wallet on Android?
Once you've downloaded the PKPASS file, you can use Google Wallet to add it. Tap on the downloaded file and choose to open it with Google Wallet. The app will open the file in the 'Add Pass' screen and display a preview of the digital pass. Select 'Continue' and agree to the terms and conditions. The pass will then be added to Google Wallet.
