So far, it has never happened on Ticombo. However, we acknowledge that there might be a possibility of abuse. If this would be the case, buyers are 100% protected and get their money back from Ticombo. Further on, Ticombo might press charges against the seller.

We are putting a lot of effort in making sure that Ticombo is a safe community by conducting multiple controls. We check the tickets to make sure that they are not edited or modified in any way.  We allow registration only through Facebook, VKontakte, Google or E-mail.

To sell tickets we also need bank account details which we verify. You can also review how many tickets a seller has sold and if they have been successful. This way you're able to judge for yourself whether you should trust a seller or not. If all of these controls fail we grant you a full refund, we will ban forever the fraudulent seller from Ticombo and will hand in all of his details to the authorities.
