At Ticombo we want to make both buying and selling as easy and secure as possible. To protect the buyer it is therefore required that you make sure that:

  1. Tickets arrive on time: You need to make sure that the buyer receives those tickets offered with postal delivery or pickup option within the timeframe committed to the buyer. We calculate a latest delivery date, which is normally 7 days after the sale for postal mail and latest 3 hours prior to the event for personal pickup. To make sure that you always have enough time to send tickets, we disable the postal deliver option automatically if tickets have not been sold until 10 days prior to the event. Latest delivery is stated in the order/sales confirmation.

  2. Tickets are as offered: Tickets need to be as stated in your offering. Make sure you enter the correct details especially for ticket category, section and row information.

  3. Tickets are valid: Of course your tickets need to grant the buyer access to the event. Make sure that you request name changes, if you sell tickets with names on them that are open for transfer.

In case that the buyer requested different delivery terms, you are free to agree with the buyer on other delivery dates and options. To protect youself against claims from the buyer, make sure that all deviating arrangements are documented in written format, to be provided as a proof.

In case the seller does not fulfil his/her obligation to sell the valid and correct tickets on time, the buyer has the right to a full refund. This refund will be taken from seller's account. Ticombo hereby advises sellers that they may become liable to pay damages to buyers and/or Ticombo.
