Buyers assume that all tickets are next to each other and therefore all tickets offered in one offering/listing need to be adjacent. If you want to sell tickets for seats which are not next to each other, just create separate offerings.
This way it is very easy for buyers to find the tickets they search for, no matter how many tickets one intends to buy.
