How do I download e-tickets?

My e-tickets are delivered and I cannot find them

When you purchase electronic tickets, you will be able to see the status of delivery under "My Purchases".

Before delivery the status will be "Waiting for seller's input".

When the seller uploads them onto Ticombo, you will receive an email and the status will change to "Uploaded". You will then be able to download the file(s) from the arrow button on the top right corner of the field. See here:

You can choose where the tickets will land, or they will directly go in your "Downloads" folder. And that's it, you're ready to go!
