My ticket did not work at the venue

How can this be, and what next?

All sellers on Ticombo are required to sell valid tickets and take all nesseccary actions to make sure that access is granted. Even though none of our customers has yet experienced any access denial, it is a possible scenario. 

If you get denied access to the venue because (1) the ticket does not work or (2) the ticket has already been used or (3) the required name changes have not been made by the seller, the seller has acted fraudulently. 

If the tickets are invalid and do not entitle the buyer to attend the event, Ticombo has to be notified within 5 days after the event. The buyer may have to provide further proof (ex. from the venue) that the ticket did not entitle him/her to attend the event. 

We recommend you to open a claim in the "My Purchase" section in the user account to notify Ticombo. Please select the respective reason for opening the claim.

We will automatically hold the payout to the seller and investigate the inquiry. The funds will be refunded upon final reviewal of the claim.
